I am writing to commend Kathy. She acknowledged my security concern. She told me she would bring it to her management that news channels have been talking about a new computer attack that is threatening credit card transactions on secure servers. It was reported on Television and Radio news in my area today. She got back to me promptly with information that allowed me to go ahead and complete my transaction using the computer.
