At Nassau Community College we are happy to announce that we are now a full participant in the services provided by Credentials for handling transcript processing. Recently we added eRoboMail and we are looking forward to going live with that service in the coming weeks. Our students have a variety of choices for delivery of their academic records including on-ground pick-up, printing and mailing to designated locations, electronic services including PDF and EDI which we added last year and now we will begin utilizing, eRoboMail which in the long run will cost less and guarantee students faster processing of their transcript requests and will include basic tracking that the students will be able to take advantage of.
The support team that is available to us from Credentials, is second to none.They are always available when issues come up and are able to immediately address the problem and bring it to a resolution.
