A Win for the Advisory Board, A Loss for the Cubs

August 30, 2017

The first meeting with our Advisory Board of Registrars and IT professionals took place in early August and it was quite the success. A winning day and a half of work and productive collaboration was followed by an afternoon at Wrigley Field where we unfortunately witnessed a losing effort by the World Champion Chicago Cubs. Even with the loss, a trip to the Friendly Confines was a perfect way to wrap-up the inaugural meeting.

Many topics were discussed at the meeting, including customer service, operations, product enhancements, and new product developments and ideas. The board also got a tour of our print and mail operations. Valuable feedback and advice was shared by the group to help us continue to improve and provide the best services and solutions for all of our customers.

The mission of the Client Advisory Board is to provide an overall direction and consciousness that will guide Credentials in the development of policies, procedures, philosophy, and conceptual design. In its duties, the board will be asked to define the company’s best practices, act as a conduit to their industry colleagues, and provide feedback on future plans for the enhancement of client relations.

“As innovators, we are always looking to support our client institutions and Higher Education as a whole with the mission of providing the best possible services to their students,” said Credentials CEO Thomas D. McKechney. “Every member on this Advisory Board has proven that they are leaders in their roles on campus and we are confident their counsel and expertise will propel Credentials as we continue pioneering solutions in the registrar’s office and beyond.”
